应用范围：

我公司生产的HSW系列卧式蒸汽搅拌锅，技术性能高，操作方便，广泛应用于多种物料（如豆馅、调味食品、水产品、蔬菜、果酱、汤类）的搅拌加热。

产品特性：

■ 本机使用蒸汽加热，便于控制热源，清洁卫生，维修简单方便，操作安全。使用最少量高效蒸汽压力（0.3Mpa），适于高温加热。
■ 本机配有螺旋叶羽和搅拌装置，使物料循环流动并使其充分混合。同时，通过搅拌装置，不断的将已加热物料和未加热物料混合均匀。
■ 采用SWC物控系统，可在整个操作（加热和搅拌）过程中供给物料所需最精确的热量，（可选）回收管道设计为节能方式，可节省能源。
■ 罐体为最佳设计，有助于加热或冷却过程中热量的有效流动和利用。
■ 所有部件（包括缸体）均采用304不锈钢材料和其他抗腐蚀材料，浆叶可移动（拆卸），便于清洗和更换。
■ 通过速度控制盘可选择适宜的搅拌速度。
